Maestro OS documentation and workflow guides

These public Maestro OS guides explain business workflows, evaluation questions and operational boundaries. They contain product information; access to customer records, company knowledge and live work remains controlled by application permissions.

Choose a starting point

Getting Started describes how to prepare a representative workflow and the roles required for a demonstration. Platform gives the connected business overview; Features helps select the relevant areas. Brand and About identify the official product and Italian provider. The guides are intended for teams evaluating or using a configured deployment. They do not create an account or establish that every module is available in every environment.

Follow the customer and order

CRM and Orders covers the handover from enquiry to quotation and order. Communications and AI describes the available context and reviewed assistance. Telephony adds the checks for real calling scenarios. Window Calculation and Windows and Doors address product configuration and commercial-to-production continuity. Begin with the source request and ask which revision and approval each subsequent step uses. The goal is a traceable workflow rather than a sequence of unrelated copies.

Follow materials and execution

Warehouse, Cutting Optimisation, Manufacturing and MES distinguish physical material, plans, released work and recorded outcomes. Finance and Logistics covers delivery coordination and financial documents. These guides explain which information must remain identifiable when work moves between departments. Planning a remnant, preparing an export or displaying a production stage does not automatically prove that stock has been received, a machine has run or a delivery has completed.

Use integration guides safely

Integrations explains the information required to evaluate an external provider or equipment connection. Confirm the deployed configuration, exact system or machine, supported format and responsible people. Public documentation does not expose private API credentials or customer payloads. Use Contact for a scoped demonstration and Security and Privacy for the published data-handling information. A team-specific integration or production release needs its own validation; this catalogue does not replace that work.
